School Staff
At present Lucy Baker is staffed with a principal, a teacher and a youth development worker and a part-time secretary.
Funding
Lucy Baker is funded by provincial and local funds. The provincial portion is based on 18 high cost students and 10 home-based students. The local funding comes from the Catholic system who fund the program based on 5 middle years students. The Catholic system also is responsible for the overall administration of the school including staffing and financial responsibilities.
